Love, life, friendship and bingo at the Hackney Empire

A STORY about winning and losing in life, love, friendship and bingo will be performed by a cast of unknown actors at the Hackney Empire.

The comedy drama set in the fictional east London Majestic Bingo Club features 15 characters, both staff and punters, who tell their own unique are divided between the staff and the regular customers who frequent the bingo club.

Each character's story is rooted in the essence of a 'typical' bingo goer, with all the emblematic behaviours and traits of those with a deep seated passion and love for the game.

Set entirely in the bingo hall, the audience will each character's individual wants, goals and objectives.

With huge cash winnings at stake, the drama and tension of the story will remind the audience that the next draw could turn out to be the life changing number bearing the amazing big money prize win.

Strictly Bingo will be performed by theatre project Breaking Through at the hackney Empire tonight (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday).
