Muslim women are urged to come forward for an art exhibition.

Free to Be is trying to capture through film, audio and photography the spirit of everyday Muslim women activists, dedicating their lives to various causes involving women’s rights, empowerment and equality.
The campaign brings together artists exploring the stories of Muslim women in Britain today. It also gives the women themselves the opportunity to capture their stories through workshops in media and art.
The exhibition will be part of the I Can Be She project, run by the creative group Maslaha’s, exploring the role Muslim women through history and today.
