Two people have been arrested after police seized drugs and thousands of pounds in cash during dawn raids in Millwall this morning.

A 17-year-old boy and a man, 20, are being questioned after police discovered one kilo of the cannabis and around £6,000 at two separate addresses in Tiller Road.

Both are being held on suspicion of possessing with intent to supply class A and B drugs and money laundering.

The raids were carried out as part of a clampdown on suspected criminal gangs in Tower Hamlets.
