A man has been charged in connection with a video that showed two people jumping from a DLR train into the water at Canary Wharf.

Ricky Brewer, 18, of Belle Vue Road, Aldershot, is set to appear before Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday, charged with endangering safety on the railway.

A 15-year-old boy who was also arrested in connection with the incident, which was reported to British Transport Police on September 1, has been bailed pending a referral to a youth offending team.
