Teenager arrested in east London on suspicion of terror offence is bailed

A 17-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of sharing terrorist material has been released on bail.

The teenager was arrested at an unnamed address in east London yesterday morning.

He was taken to a south London police station while officers searched an address nearby.

The arrest is not related to Parsons Green tube attack, police confirmed.

Enquiries continue.
