Twelve charged with drugs offences after raids

Twelve people have been charged with drugs offences following a series of raids across the borough.

They were arrested on Wednesday, June 27 after search warrants were executed across east London.

The charges are:

Noor Hussain, 21, of Martineau Square, Whitechapel was charged with the supply of cocaine and possession of criminal property. He has been remanded into custody to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Thursday, July 26.

A 15-year-old boy was charged with supplying cocaine. He was bailed to attend Stratford Youth Court on Thursday, July 26.

Abdul Raihan, 25, of Ben Johnson Road, Stepney, was charged with the supply of crack cocaine, the supply of heroin and being in possession of criminal property. He was released on conditional bail to return at a date at the end of July.

Ruhel Hussain, 18, of Smithfield Court, Cable Street, Shadwell was charged with the supply of heroin, the supply of crack cocaine and possession with intent to supply crack cocaine. He will appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on conditional bail on Thursday, July 26.

Shane Bates, 21, of Cornwall Street, Shadwell, was charged with the supply of crack cocaine, the supply of heroin, and possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (cocaine and heroin). He was released on conditional bail to return at a date at the end of July.

Abdul Samad, 21, of Barnado Street, Shadwell was charged with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of heroin. He was released on conditional bail to return at a date at the end of July.

Abdul Alim, 36, of Albatross Close, Beckton was charged with two counts of supplying crack cocaine and three counts with the supply of heroin. He was remanded into custody to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Thursday, July 26.

Ismail Kiani, 20, of Campbell Road, Bow was charged with two counts of supplying crack cocaine and two counts of supplying heroin. He was remanded into custody to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Thursday, July 26.

Mohammed Rahman, 20, of Geoff Cade Way, Bow was charged two counts of supplying crack cocaine and two counts of supplying heroin. He was released on conditional bail to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Thursday, July 26.

Adbul Hasnath 42, of Hackney Road, Hackney was charged with the supply of heroin, the supply of crack cocaine, possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and possession of criminal property. He was remanded into custody to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Thursday, July 26.

Tahmid Hussain 21, of The Quarterdeck, Isle of Dogs, was charged with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of heroin. He pleaded guilty and was released on conditional bail. He will appear on conditional bail at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Thursday, July 5.

A 17-year-old boy was charged with three counts of supplying crack cocaine and three counts of supplying heroin. He was released on bail to appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, July 26.

A further ten men have also been charged with drug supply offences as part of the operation, they are:

Mohibur Rahman, 22 of St Paul’s Way, Bow was charged on Wednesday, June 6 with the supply of crack cocaine, the supply of heroin and the supply of crack heroin. He pleaded guilty and is due to be sentenced at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Thursday, July 5.

Ahmadur Rahman, 21 of no fixed address was charged on Monday, June 11 with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of crack heroin. He has since pleaded guilty and will be sentenced on Thursday, July 19 at Snaresbrook Crown Court.

Abdul Aziz, 39 of Miah Terrace, Wapping was charged on Monday, June 11 with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of crack heroin. He is remanded to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Tuesday, July 10.

Akbor Hussain, 24 of Halley Street, Limehouse was charged on Tuesday, June 12 with the supply of crack cocaine, the supply of crack heroin and possession of criminal property. He is remanded to appear at Snaresbrook crown Court on a date to be confirmed.

Mahmudur Hassan, 23 of Arbour Square, Limehouse was charged on Tuesday, June 12 with the supply of crack cocaine, the supply of crack heroin, possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (cocaine) and possession of a prohibited weapon. He was remanded to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on a date to be confirmed.

Samad Uddin, 28 of Chicksand Street, Whitechapel was charged on Wednesday, June 20 with the supply of crack cocaine, the supply of crack heroin, possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (cocaine and heroin) and possession of criminal property. He was remanded to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Wednesday, July 18.

Nawfal Elghaibouz, 20 of Commercial Road was charged on Wednesday, June 20 with the supply of crack cocaine, the supply of crack heroin, possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (cocaine and heroin) and possession of criminal property. He was remanded to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Wednesday, July 18.

Konstantinos Tsoukanas, 36 of Old Montague Street, Whitechapel was charged on Wednesday, June 20 with the supply of crack cocaine, the supply of crack heroin and possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (cocaine and heroin). He was remanded to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Wednesday, July 18.

Mohammed Moshin, 42 of Orion House, Bethnal Green was charged on Wednesday, June 20 with the supply of crack cocaine, the supply of crack heroin, possession wit intent to supply Class A drugs (cocaine and heroin) and two counts of possession of criminal property. He has since been remanded in custody to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Wednesday, July 18.

Dilshad Chowdhury, 47 of Brady Street, Whitechapel was charged on Wednesday, 20 June with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of crack heroin. He has since been remanded to appear at Snaresbrook Crown court on Thursday, 19 July.
