Two more people were arrested yesterday on suspicion of murdering Dagenham teenager Joel Adesina in Bethnal Green.

A 20-year-old man was arrested in London last night, and a woman, 18, was also taken into police custody in London yesterday.

The arrests come a day after a 20-year-old man was apprehended in Beccles, Suffolk, on suspicion of murder.

All three remain in custody.

Joel, 15, died three hours after being stabbed in a street fight late on December 5.

Previously, two men were arrested and taken into custody on December 8.

A 24-year-old woman arrested on the same day has been released on bail.
