Fire crews investigate at Bromley-by-Bow vehicle workshop

An investigation has been launched after a fire at a vehicle workshop in Bromley-by-Bow.

Four fire engines and 21 firefighters took an hour and a half to get the flames under control in Towcester Road.

London Fire Brigade was alerted to the incident at 12.29pm yesterday afternoon.

An electrical distribution board was destroyed by fire, though no injuries were reported.

Crews from Poplar, Stratford, Milwall and Bethnal Green fire stations attended.
