Motorists are facing heavy delays this morning due to an earlier eastbound closure of the A1203 Limehouse Link tunnel, following a crash involving a lorry.

Police were called at around 4.50am after a truck hit a barrier near the Butcher Row junction, although no one was injured.

Traffic is queuing eastbound at the A1203 The Highway junction while Butcher Row is closed southbound from the A13, causing heavy congestion at the Wapping Lane junction.
