Police appealing for information about a Whitechapel crash between motorbike and pedestrian

Police are appealing for information about a serious crash in Whitechapel that landed a woman in hospital with serious injuries

The woman, who is in her 30s, was a passenger on a motorcycle that hit a pedestrian near the Royal London Hospital.

The driver of the motorcycle and the pedestrian were also injured, but neither is in a life-threatening.

Next of kin have been informed and the rider of the motorcycle is helping police with their enquiries.
