Thousands enjoy free fireworks display at Victoria Park

Thousands of people flocked to a free fireworks display in Victoria Park last night hosted by Tower Hamlets Council.

They enjoyed the Frankenstein-themed event which was supported by Goldenvoice/AEG Presents, producers of the new All Points East festivals that are also held in Victoria Park.

Mayor of Tower Hamlets John Biggs opened the event which attracted an estimated crowd of 80,000.
