PUBLISHED: 16:19 19 March 2013 | UPDATED: 16:19 19 March 2013

Staff at housing association Poplar Harca got into the spirit of Comic Relief last week as they burst into the Harlem Shake.

In a video posted online, staff can be seen getting their dancing shoes on – without taking things too seriously on Red Nose Day.

Taking a break from a hard day’s work in the office, the staff down tools and break into dance when the music kicks in.

Poplar Harca chief executive Steve Stride said: “It’s great to see staff having fun and raising money for a good cause.

“Comic Relief is such a brilliant charity supporting so many worthy projects and services at home and in Africa. I’m really pleased Poplar HARCA got involved and did our bit.”
