Croydon Harriers sprinter James Dasaolu warmed up for the Olympics by setting his second fastest 100m time of the season at Lucerne this week.

The 24-year-old Dasaolu ran 10.19 seconds, proving quicker than the times recorded by Dwain Chambers and Mark Lewis-Francis at Crystal Palace.

“Not the best of races not the worst of races plenty of room for improvement,” said Dasaolu on Twitter.
