Chelsea transfer news: Salomon Kalou keen to join the Reds

The agent of Chelsea forward Salomon Kalou says his client would be interested in a move to Liverpool.

The Ivorian’s deal at Stamford Bridge expires at the end of the month and although he denies contact with the Reds, Rodger Linse says they would welcome an approach.

“Of course Liverpool is a very big club,” he told the Liverpool Echo. “It is definitely positive to hear that a big club like them are showing an interest in Salomon, though it is too early to say anything definitive at this stage.”
