Clapton made it four wins in a row as came from behind to pick up a 3-1 victory against Sporting Bengal United at Mile End Stadium.

The Tons climbed up to sixth in the Essex Senior League with the result and will be hoping their run continues.

Ashaan Siddik headed the hosts ahead but Clapton responded with a free kick from Ryan Reed.

A tidy finish at the back post from a corner then gave the visitors the lead before Jeffrey Cobblah went on a tricky run before seeing a powerful shot find the net and seal the points for the Forest Gate-based outfit.

Bengal have now slipped to 12th after five straight defeats.

While, Ilford remain unbeaten in their last five matches as they battled hard for a 0-0 draw with Southend Manor at Cricklefield Stadium.

It was a first league draw for the Foxes and it leaves them in ninth whilst Manor remain in 14th following this point.
