Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino and Hammers manager Slaven Bilic will go head-to-head twice over the next month

London rivals Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United have been drawn against each other in the fourth round of the English Football League Cup.

The two Premier League clubs progressed into the next round of the competition with home victories on Tuesday night.

Spurs edged past Barnsley 1-0 at Wembley Stadium thanks to Dele Alli’s 65th-minute strike.

Hammers cruised into the fourth round far more easier following a 3-0 defeat over Bolton Wanderers at the London Stadium.

Angelo Ogbonna, Diafra Sakho and Arthur Masuaku netted for Slaven Bilic’s team to set up a clash with Spurs.

West Ham are set to visit Wembley on Tuesday October 24 with both clubs now just one victory away from the last eight.

It means the two fierce rivals will do battle twice over the next month with Tottenham visiting the London Stadium this Saturday (12.30pm kick-off) in the Premier League.

Both sides had disappointing attendances for their respective third-round clashes, but a much better attendance will be expected at Wembley next month.
