The 28-year-old has made the short trip from Victoria Road to E10 to sign for O’s on a one-month loan

Leyton Orient have signed Dagenham & Redbridge defender Bondz N’Gala on a one-month loan.

The 28-year-old featured for Daggers at the start of the season, but has since fallen out of favour at the Victoria Road club.

Orient, with Mark Ellis set to return to Carlisle United next week and Jamie Sendles-White currently suspended, have acted fast to bring in a central defender.

N’Gala moves to O’s with a wealth of experience having played for eight clubs on a permanent basis since progressing through the academy ranks at West Ham United.

The Forest Gate-born centre back had his longest spell with Barnet between 2014 and 2016, but has rarely settled since.

Moves to Eastleigh, Dover and Dagenham have failed to prove a success, but N’Gala will hope to show what he can do at Orient.

He is now set to make his debut this weekend away to National League strugglers Torquay United.
