West Ham United make the trip to Crystal Palace looking to capitalise on their Carabao Cup success over Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday.

The Hammers will hope to banish any memories of last week’s awful 3-0 loss at home to Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League that seemed to put manager Slaven Bilic on the verge of the sack.

Leyton Orient will head across borders to in their latest bid to end their winless run in the National League as they visit high-flying Wrexham.

Two home losses to Macclesfield Town and Gateshead in the past week have heaped even more pressure on head coach Steve Davis.

Dagenham & Redbridge, meanwhile, travel to divisional newcomers Maidenhead United keen to pick up consecutive wins, something they haven’t managed since the first two games of the season.

After a loss at home to Wrexham last Saturday, John Still’s men hit back to beat Macclesfield on Tuesday night to snap a five-game winless run.

All this plus the latest non-league news on this week’s East London Football podcast.
