West Ham United will look to bounce back on Saturday in the Premier League when they host Swansea City, with the pressure back on manager Slaven Bilic.

After a 3-2 loss at home to local rivals Tottenham Hotspur last week, questions were asked of the manager’s substitutions – can he prove those critics wrong this weekend?

Leyton Orient, meanwhile, are looking to end their four-game winless run in the National League when they host AFC Fylde on Saturday.

Steve Davis’ men came from two goals down to draw 2-2 at Aldershot Town last weekend – could that prove to be a turning point in their season?

Dagenham & Redbridge entertain Torquay United, with the hosts looking to string together a good run of results.

After last weekend’s 2-2 draw at Solihull Moors, manager John Still suggested some of his players had been selfish in their play – will the message have got through in time for the weekend?

All this, and more, is discussed on this week’s East London Football podcast, with host Matt Withers joined by Archant’s Dave Evans, George Sessions and Ned Keating.
