West Ham ladies are hosting a special family event this Sunday to try and attract new fans and families down to watch them play at the club’s training ground at Rush Green in Romford.

The Hammers are taking on QPR in a cup game, with a 2pm kick-off, but there is a host of other activites to try out when the gates open at noon.

There will be face painting, inflatables and competitions as well as a live DJ to get things rocking.

Admission for this family event is free for Season Ticket Holders, Members and under-16s and £2 for all others.

It should be a good day and a chance to see how the ladies play their football, so get down there and have a look.

Having a brand new kitchen is something that lots of people want but can only dream of. Sadly keeping up to date and making our living spaces as nice as they can be is a costly and incredibly stressful business. Even a fresh coat of paint makes all the difference but isn’t easy or quick.

Who wouldn’t love the chance to go on a shopping spree. Imagine being able to walk into a shop and choose whatever your heart desires without having to worry about how much it costs.
