BLUE Badge tourist guides are planning their next walking tour of the 2012 Olympics Park site now under construction in East London.

The tour begins outside Bromley-by-Bow station on the London Underground at 11am on Saturday week, December 6.

The tour explores the Lower Lea Valley with its view over the Olympic Park where the stadium is already taking shape.

Walkers will also learn about the 1888 Match Girls' industrial strike at the Bryant & May factory by Bow Bridge and see Britain's oldest surviving tidal mill at Three Mills Island nearby.
