Victorian London is brought to vivid 3D life in this first-person adventure that mixes modern looks with a style of gameplay that fell out of favour more than a decade ago. As Sherlock Holmes or Dr Watson you have to explore various areas of 19th Century London in your quest to help apprehend Arsène Lupin, a French burglar who plans to steal five valuable objects in five days. Like the point-andclick adventures of old you interact with your world by moving the mouse over everything you can see while the streets are filled with people who 'have no interest' in talking to you, and alleyways that your character can't be bothered to walk down. It's a game to play with a notepad at the ready to record riddles and clues, but one that's also purposely obscure.
