With more than 7.3 million copies sold worldwide and upwards of 500 million hours of online play having been logged on Xbox Live so far, there's no doubting that Halo 3 has been something of a runaway success since its launch last year. To help squeeze even more fun out of the online multiplayer experience, the game's developer, Bungie, has announced the release of three new multiplayer maps.
