KIDS' TV favourite Lazytown comes to the stage in a live version of the CBeebies show at the Hackney Empire on Wednesday and Thursday (April 9 and 10).

The award-winning, fast-paced show packed with music and colour tells the story of Stephanie, an optimistic eight-year-old with bright pink hair, who comes to live in Lazytown and meets a mix of kids and grown-ups, including the world's laziest super-villain, Robbie Rotten.

Fortunately for Stephanie, Sportacus is on hand to help the townsfolk battle Robbie's latest lazy schemes. Sportacus is an athletic superhero who jumps, leaps and flips his way across Lazytown in his airship.

Shows start 11am, 2pm and 5pm both days. Tickets from £12.50. Book on 020-8985 2424, or online:
