One of the key areas that earned East Dulwich the title was on account of its numerous places to eat and drink.

Muddy Stilettos described the neighbourhood as “cool” but “not in a graffiti-scrawled, underground clubs and street food way, think more farmers markets, art galleries and notable restaurants.”

With two locations in Dulwich (Dulwich Village and East Dulwich), this restaurant serves a range of Mediterranean-inspired dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a cocktail menu.

Their East Dulwich branch has received a 4.5-star rating on TripAdvisor with 11 reviewers recommending them as a good spot for brunch.

The current brunch menu features a sharing “Turkish Brunch Feast” including Halloumi, cheese fondue flatbread and sweet tahini for £14.90.

One reviewer wrote that the brunch was “possibly the tastiest brunch and friendliest service I've ever had” whilst another praised them them for their “affordability” and “good quality.”

Located on Lordship Lane, the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner along with weekly changing salads made with local produce.

It’s received a 4-star rating on TripAdvisor with 18 reviewers recommending it as a brunch spot.

Their all-day brunch menu features classics like crushed avocado on sourdough and other dishes like courgette and fetta pancakes as well as open-faced sandwiches and wraps.

If you’re looking for a brunch spot offering indoor and outdoor seating, Romeo Jones based in Dulwich Village is a popular spot.

The business first began in 2007 selling a range of nationally-sourced food and produce as well as gifts.

Visitors can also eat breakfast or lunch or stop by for coffee and cake, and the business has received a 4.5-star rating on TripAdvisor, with seven reviewers recommending the brunch.

Their menu changes monthly with, this month's specials including a Lebanese lemon and lentil soup, baked orzo with roasted veg, mozzarella and basil, crushed avocado on sourdough and a ploughman's lunch.

One reviewer said their scrambled eggs and smoked salmon was "excellent”, whilst another praised them for their accommodations to variation requests on the menu.
