ANTONY JOHN ROOT (Tony) 18.2.1930 - 24.1.2013 Kathleen and Tonys family would like to thank everybody who attended the funeral of Tony on 11th February at the City Of London Cemetery and for cards and condolences. Thank you to Marcus from Cribbs for his expertise and sensitivity. Thank you also to Reverend David Richards for officiating and to Chris Booty, the Officer in charge of 282 AIR CADETS for the impressive guard of honour. Also the Officers and Ex. Air Cadets from the past 40 years who attended, and the RAF for the flag and bugler. A special thank you to the carers, Ewa, Theresa, Virginia and Bridget who looked after Tony so well. Special thanks to Jason & Carol from St. Joseph Hospice, District Nurse Sunil and Sister Harvinder, Doctor Ali from Lime Tree Surgery and Granshaws Pharmacy. THANK YOU ALLYour tribute has been received.
