A £10,000 reward is being offered in the hunt for a sex attacker after two incidents in Haggerston in two days.
The first was on a 36-year-old woman in Haggerston Road after midnight on May 10, when CCTV footage from a camera in Scriven Street shows him hiding behind bushes, then pushing her to the ground. But a passing car disturbs the attacker who ran off.
The second attack was in Hertford Road on May 12 when a 35-year-old woman was pulled to the ground. A passing taxi driver came to her aid.
Detectives have released CCTV footage of the man they would like to speak to.
The suspect is described as black, 5ft 6ins to 5ft 10ins tall, early 20s, slim build, wearing a Nike top with hood. He travels routinely in Haggerston at night and is thought to be living in the area.
