The O’s former player-manager Kevin Nolan brings his Magpies team to Brisbane Road
Danny Webb has a number of key decisions to make ahead of Leyton Orient’s match with Notts County this afternoon at Brisbane Road.
The O’s entertain fellow struggles the Magpies with just one point separating the teams ahead of the game.
But Webb will be without some of his most experienced players for the clash, which sees ex-boss Kevin Nolan return to east London.
Nicky Hunt, who was signed by Nolan, will miss the encounter after picking up his 10th booking of the season at Plymouth Argyle.
The club captain will be unavailable today and for the visit of Cheltenham Town on Saturday week.
Meanwhile vice-skipper Liam Kelly will serve the first of his six-match ban, for a push on a ball boy at Home Park, this afternoon.
Webb may recall Mezague in place of Hunt while Michael Clark, 18, is other options for the O’s boss.
Both Sammy Moore and Nigel Atangana returned to training this week after suffering virus and groin problems respectively.
One of the aforementioned duo should replace Kelly and partner Michael Collins in the centre of midfield today.
Paul McCallum could be included on the bench this afternoon after he took part in training yesterday.
Yet Yvan Erichot is out having failed to recover from the groin injury he suffered at Yeovil Town last weekend.
Robbie Weir, O’s team captain, remains unavailable while he continues to recover from anterior cruciate ligament damage to his knee.
With Orient missing their three usual skippers, Tom Parkes or Collins are expected to take the armband for this afternoon.
