Property developers are earmarking Bow as the next Shoreditch as they target young professionals to move into new blocks of flats.
The latest project to be announced will see a block of 14 one and two bedroom flats built in St Paul’s Way.
Developer Telford Homes hopes the area’s transport links and convenience will make Bow a popular alternative to sought after pockets such as Hoxton, Shoreditch and Dalston.
They hope the Olympic effect on east London will attract City workers and commuters, with one bedroom flats set to be on offer from £210,000.
Residents will have access to balconies, a private terrace and a communal landscaped courtyard.
