BARCELONA super-star Lionel Messi has reportedly touched down in east London ahead of a whistle-stop tour.
The footballing genius flew into London City Airport this afternoon before heading to Hackney Marshes in a helicopter.
Messi, fresh from playing and scoring in the Champions League last night, is reportedly then off to the Power League pitches near Liverpool Street and then a kick-around with local schoolchildren in Stepney.
The visit is part of a publicity event organised by his sponsors Adidas - and the FIFA World Footballer of the Year will be giving away free pairs of boots as part of the stunt.
