The council carried out a deep clean of Allen Gardens in Bethnal Green after neighbours complained about the state of the park in Buxton Street.
The spring clean involved using high powered jet washes to clean park furniture and play equipment and removing graffiti.
Tower Hamlets council says it is cracking down on antisocial behaviour and vandalism to help residents feel safer in their community.
