The frozen food giant will be opening up at the former Woolworths sites in Bethnal Green Road on May 7 and in Crisp Street in Poplar on May 21.
The supermarket chain has yet to announce a date for when it will begin trading at the former Woollies on Roman Road in Bow.
A spokeswoman for Iceland was unable to say how many jobs would be created by the three stores.
