A man sexually assaulted a 48-year-old woman on the Central Line twice before getting off the Tube at Newbury Park.
British Transport Police today released a picture of a man they believe has information about the attack which happened on March 24 at 11pm.
The victim and her friend were travelling on the Central Line when the sex attacker sat opposite them and began making inappropriate comments.
He placed his hand between the victim’s legs and assaulted her twice before he then tried to do the same to the victim’s friend.
The man left the service at Newbury Park.
Investigating officer Det Con Andy Parkinson said: “I am keen to speak to the man in the CCTV image as I believe he has information that will help with the investigation. “This was an utterly horrific incident. I would like to thank the two women for coming forward. “
