Westferry Road, Isle of Dogs bus crash: Cyclist dies

Officers from the Metropolitan Police were called at 12.28am this morning (November 23) with reports of a crash in Westferry Road. 

At the scene, emergency responders discovered a bus had been in collision with a cyclist near Arnhem Place. 

A police car remained at the scene this morning (Image: Dolly McDuff (FB)) The cyclist, a man in his 40s, died at the scene. 

Enquiries are ongoing to locate his next-of-kin. 

The driver of the bus stopped at the scene and there have been no arrests at this stage.
