The owner of an Asian restaurant in Poplar said he is "very upset" to sell the shop after only four months of being open.
Yume, a Japanese and Korean eatery in Hind Grove, Poplar is being put up for sale despite only opening in February.
Ali Yasin bought the premises in October last year and said he is "very upset" to be selling the shop but said he cannot commute to work each day since buying a new property.
Shortly after buying the site for Yume, Ali bought a property in Luton and claimed the commute now takes him almost five hours each day.

"I am very upset to have to let the shop go," he said.
“I spent lots of money to get the place up and running and make it beautiful inside and outside.
Yume has a five star average on Google reviews (Image: Ali Yasin) “Outside the shop was very bad – people complained about smells and it looked like a dump-yard so I repaired it, concreted it, covered it from the rain and allowed people to stand out there.
“I made a shower room, I tiled the place up and carpeted a room for staff to rest in – it is absolutely up-and-running and totally clean."
Ali said that business started slow, potentially due to the location away from a main road, but has picked up in the last couple of months.
Yume has an average Google rating of five out of five stars.
“Business has been increasing each day since we opened – every business takes time to be completely successful, and we are going in the right direction and improving each day.
“We’re not on a main road – we’re a bit isolated but this means our rent is much lower than if we were on a big road.
“There was no sushi place here – there wasn’t even a shop within 500 metres, so it is such an important place for people."
Ali will be advertising the business for sale soon.
