A sustainable workspace provider has secured a lease for a huge new space in Whitechapel.

Koba will occupy the fifth and sixth floors of The Rowe, offering private office suites for individuals and teams of up to 200 across 24,548 sq ft.

This marks Koba's first London location, following their Manchester site.

The building features an 8,408 sq ft rooftop terrace, a 12th-floor bar, private terraces on every floor, a café, and artwork.
