A man has been stabbed in his groin during a fight between a “group of people” outside a block of flats in the Isle of Dogs.
The fight happened in Barnsdale Avenue near Sherwood Gardens just after 8pm yesterday (June 23).
Police were called to reports of an altercation between the group, and a man in his 30s was found with a stab wound to his groin.
Enquiries remain ongoing and no arrests have been made at this stage.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Police were called at 20:00hrs on Monday, 23 June to Barnsdale Avenue, E14 following reports of an altercation between a group of people.
“Officers attended and a man in his 30s was located with a stab wound to his groin.
“Enquiries remain ongoing and no arrests have been made at this stage.”
