A 56-year-old woman is in hospital with a head injury after a crash in Shoreditch.

The incident happened on Hackney Road at 9.20pm yesterday (December 4).  

Officers attended and found a bus and pedestrian were involved.

The London Ambulance Service treated a woman for a head injury and took her to hospital.

Her condition has been confirmed as non-life changing or threatening, and there have been no arrests.

A spokesperson for LAS said: “We were called at 9.14pm on Thursday 4 December to reports of a road traffic collision on Hackney Road, E2.

“We sent an ambulance crew and a paramedic in a fast response car to the scene.

“We treated a woman and took her to hospital.”
