A man has been rushed to hospital after a crash outside a church on a busy road.
Emergency services were called to the junction of Devons Road and Blackthorn Street in Bow at around 1pm today (February 26), reports sister site London Now.
Paramedics treated a man at the scene before taking him to hospital.
Devons Road remains closed both ways between Whitethorn Street and Maddams Street outside All Hallows Church Bow.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called today (Thurs 26) at 1.02pm to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Devons Road and Blackthorn Street, E3.
“We sent an ambulance crew and treated a man before taking him to a London major trauma centre.”
