A woman has been rushed to hospital after a crash on a busy road in Shadwell, London Now reports.
Paramedics were called to Commercial Road, Shadwell, at 11.24am this morning (April 9) with reports of an incident.
An ambulance crew, incident response officer, and a paramedic in a fast response car were mobilised to the scene.
A woman was treated before being taken to a major trauma centre as a priority.
Commercial Road was taped off following the crash, our sister title London Now reports.
We have contacted the Metropolitan Police for further information.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 11.24am on 9 April to reports of a road traffic collision on Commercial Road, E1.
“We sent an ambulance crew, an incident response officer and a paramedic in a fast response car to the scene.
“We treated a woman for injuries and took her to a major trauma centre as a priority.”
