AN ADVICE centre helping mums and dads with their kids in London’s East End has just been given a Government Charter Mark for its standard of service—yet again.

The Parents Advice Centre in Harford Street, Mile End, has won the recognition for the fourth year in a row.

It was the first parent partnership’ service in the country to achieve a Charter Mark back in 2005.

This week the advisers running the centre were told they were still a winning team.’

The centre supports parents and carers, especially those with children with special educational needs. It also helps with school admissions, including how to appeal if a child is rejected.
