A benefits roadshow to help pensioners get to grips with their payments and to know what they’re entitled to is going on a five-day tour in London’s East End from tomorrow.

It is being organised by Age UK’s East London branch up till Friday, setting up outside 10 locations. Venues include supermarkets in Bromley-by-Bow, the Isle of Dogs and Limehouse, Poplar’s Chrisp Street market, the Bow One Stop Shop, housing estates in Whitechapel and Mile End and outside the East London Mosque in Whitechapel Road.

Monday, 17th: Bromley-by-Bow Tesco’s, Hancock Road, 10am-12pm

Monday, 17th: Whitechapel’s Collingwood estate hall, Collingwood Street, 2-4pm

Tuesday, 18th: Isle of Dogs Asda, Ferry Road, 10am-12pm

Tuesday, 18th: East London Mosque, Whitechapel Road, 2-4pm

Wednesday, 19th: Stepney’s Watney Market Idea Store, Commercial Road, 10am-12pm
