Hundreds of Army, Navy and Air Force cadets are joining the 1,500 youngsters from youth organisations across London who are playing a part in the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Pageant on the Thames.

The Royal Barge and its flotilla arrives at Tower Bridge at 6pm on June 3 from Battersea.

The 600 cadets from the Sea Cadet Corps, Army Cadet Force, Air Training Corps and Combined Cadet Force are lining five of the bridges on the route—from Lambeth and Westminster to the Millennium footbridge—as the flotilla makes its way to Tower Bridge between 2pm and 6pm.

The Cadets will also be selling souvenir programmes and handing out leaflets, while some have been selected to help on board the flotilla itself.
