OLYMPICS bosses face tough questioning at City Hall today about how the �159 million 2012 budget shortfall will affect its finances.
Members of the London Assembly's Budget committee are also to quiz London Development Agency chiefs about the transfer of land and debt to the new Olympic Park Legacy Company and how the Mayor's budget guidance for 2010-11 will shape its spending plans.
They will first hear from leading commentator Robert Chote, of the Institute for Fiscal Studies, when the meeting opens this-afternoon (Tues) about the deterioration in public finances and the implications for different government departments.
Then they question the Development Agency's chief executive Peter Rogers and resources director Andrew Travers.
The meeting at City Hall, which is open to the public, can be viewed by webcast from 3.30pm (October 13).
