Author shares vision of run up to 2012 Olympics at Bethnal Green library event

A NOVEL set over ten days in the fast paced and chaotic run-up to the Olympic Games in 2012 will be discussed at an author event in Bethnal Green on Tuesday (Oct 5).

Writer Mark Piggott who will be reading and discussing his new novel Out of Office and the process of writing at the meeting of the London Writing Book Group.

This is his second novel, his first Fire Horses came out in 2008 and is set in the underbelly of small town life.

The free event starts at 6.30pm at the library in Cambridge Heath Road and all are welcome.

It is the latest in a series of talks at the library which introduces readers to tales about the capital.
