Bank workers swapped their suits and ties for T-shirts and bikes to cycle through London to raise funds for deprived children and the aged.
The 144 Santander employees rode through Mile End and other areas across London to mark the end of two weeks of fundraising.
Barnardo’s, which was founded in Whitechapel in 1867, along with Age UK received a total of £167,000 thanks to the efforts of the bank’s staff.
The cyclists finished their journey on the South Bank and presented the cheque to representatives from the charity.
The money was raised over a period of two weeks by regional staff through sponsored runs, quiz nights, raffles and car boot sales.
