AN EAST END girl who will be representing London in a UK wide beauty competition is seeking sponsorship from a local business.
Nicola Kelleher, 28, who lives in Whitechapel, is taking part in Miss Galaxy in March and if she wins will go on to represent the UK against other nations in America this summer. She already holds the Miss Commonwealth England title for over 25s.
She said: "My sponsor's logo will go on my sash, website, flyers and leaflets distributed and I will represent my sponsor at an event of their choice."
Nicola, who trained at the former Academy Drama School in Whitechapel, works as a model and actress. She currently presents an online Bingo show.
She has campaigned against size Zero models outside Parliament.
