TRAFFIC is being restricted in this-morning’s rush-hour following a road accident on the approach to the A12 Blackwall Tunnel in East London.
Accident and emergency crews were called to the scene short while ago following a crash in which a motorcyclist is believed to have been injured.
Part of the southbound carriageway has been cordoned off at the junction with Gillander Street in Poplar, just half-a-mile north of the tunnel entrance, causing restrictions to traffic flow.
