BORIS Johnson teamed up with by Kelly Brook today to launch his annual London Skyride mass-participation event where cyclists can ride along a designated traffic-free route for a day.
He met the model and actress in front of St Paul's Cathedral to announce this year's spectacle being staged on September 20. St Paul's is on the route for the first time.
Skyride will give tens of thousands of cyclists the chance to ride through the heart of the metropolis, from The Tower of London to Buckingham Palace, without worrying about traffic.
The 10-mile route also takes in Trafalgar Square, St James's Park and The Embankment along the Thames, with festive activities planned along the way to create a carnival atmosphere.
