Students from Tower Hamlets and Newham are in with the chance to win £20,000 by coming up with innovative solutions to cut emissions in London.

Mayor of London Boris Johnson is encouraging young people to come up with ideas, with winners receiving a £20,000 kitty to turn them into reality.
